The artist was born in St Petersburg and specialised in watercolours of horses. Author of the well-known work "Troika" which was used by the Imperial Porcelain Factory as a design for a dinner set presented to Tzar Nikolai II. Emigrated to Paris in 1917. Exhibited in 1931 at the d'Alignan Gallery. Signed as "Paschkoff".
